Items in stock ship within 5-7 business days. Pre order items ship the date listed or sooner. All packages ship via USPS and includes tracking information sent to your email address.
Return & Exchange Policy
Since these items are made to order, returns or exchanges are not excepted, but please, contact me if you have any problems with your order. I'll help resolve any issues.
Do you offer refunds?
Refunds are only offered to clients that receive the wrong items or damaged items. If any of these apply, please message us with photos of wrong/damaged items and we’ll be happy to assist.
I received a wrong/damaged product, what should I do?
To help us resolve this for you quickly, please message us within a week's time with photos of the wrong/ damaged product, your order number, and any other details you may have about your order. We’ll assist you with a solution as soon as possible.
What’s your return policy?
We currently don’t offer returns or exchanges as our products are made as ordered, but if there’s something wrong with your gifts, please let us know by the contact form at the bottom of the page.
My package is lost :(
If your package has been lost in transit, please reach out to us and we’ll do everything we can to locate it. If your package is marked as having been delivered, please reach out to the shipping carrier for assistance. Once an order has been delivered to the provided address, we cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages.
Can I exchange an item for a different size/color?
At this time, we don't offer exchanges. In the rare case your ordered was mislabeled, please let us know as soon as possible when you've received it. Include your order number and photos of the mislabeled item, and we’ll send you a new one, or issue a refund.
